today, in cordoba, i went to perhaps the strangest exhibition i've attended to date. it's called human bodies real y sorprendente, or translated - real and surprising. i have a vague recollection of a boston legal episode that tackled the concept of human bodies revealed and on display, i must say i hadn't thought i would ever encounter one. that said, to look so closely at what we are as skin, bone, muscle and all the other parts is to understand why we are so frail. a single nerve seems inconsequential, a blood vein alone, minor - like a piece of cotton. even skin without anything to support it is no more than a poorly made leather jacket. perhaps though the strangest part was to look at what was real, but not want to believe it was so.
enough of introspective mutterings.
back to americans. this morning for like breakfast i had like pastries and like tea and like wanted like coffee but like it was like instant like. if the obama administration wants to make a difference to america and it's people, bugger health care, go back to the basics and like teach them like not to like, like the use of like. like? apologies like to like any americans i might have like like offended like. feels kindalike i have an annoying twitch in my eye.
no like photos from the exhibition like, just like this one from the net ... but it gives you the idea like (yes, this particular body complete with basket ball attached to his hand was on display.
i wonder if they had some application forms i could have like passed onto like the two americans staying here to maybe like appear in the next like show like
as you were.
